A trial will be only issued if you have a valid license for WHMCS / Blesta. The validity of your license will be checked on the official verification site (Blesta, WHMCS). Please check before ordering if the verification is successful. If the license validation check fails, and you think the result is wrong, please contact WHMCS / Blesta support before ordering to clarify.

The domain of your e-mail address is used for the license verification. If we cannot find a WHMCS installation on the domain, we will contact you and ask for your domain. In case that WHMCS is installed on a different domain than the one of the email address, a verification of the domain ownership is necessary. The necessary steps will be communicated to you via ticket. If you do not pass this review, or do not agree with it, we cannot issue a trial. No exceptions are possible.

All trial orders are manually reviewed, do not create a ticket to try to speed up the process. Please do not place multiple trial orders for the same product. If you do not follow the rules, you are not eligible to receive a trial.

These steps are necessary to protect our software from crackers.

I do not open a ticket and ask why my trial is not activated yet.

We understand that this long notice is annoying, and we have no joy with it either, but unfortunately, it is necessary to point out obvious things, like that we do not issue trials for people running nulled WHMCS installations.
