This tutorial will teach you how to change your password for your client area. Remember, this password is different than the password for your cPanel. This tutorial will assume that you are already logged into your client area. If you are having problems doing that, or don't know how, please view the tutorial named "How to Login to the Client Area".

Due to changes with WHMCS in V8, this is now a 2 step process. User accounts and billing profiles are now separate, but your email addresses should be updated at both locations.
  1. In the top right corner of our client portal, click on your name and a dropdown will appear. Next click on "Your Profile" and this will take you to the next section where you can update your email address. Once you have updated your email address, you will be sent a verification link that will contain a link to verify your new email address.

    This email update will affect your login information for your user account.

  2. In the same dropdown box, click on "Account Details". On this page you will be able to update the email address. 

    This process updates your billing profile and does not affect your login ability.
