Here at MonsterMegs we take fraud very seriously. We have an automated system in place to screen all new orders at sign up for signs of potential fraud. There are several factors that determine what orders we will block and those which we will not block and every order detected automatically as fraud by this system is manually reviewed.
If you are placing a legitimate order and you are blocked from proceeding please contact our billing department and we can unblock the order pending further human verification. Manually reviewing the order can take up to 24 hours to complete our review. In this case we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience however this is an important process in order to protect all of our current and future clients.
