Frontpage Remote Authoring is disabled by default on any new account setup. This is because Frontpage was end-of-lifed by Microsoft in July of 2006 (which means it hasn't been updated since then); so, leaving this on by default is a security risk we are not willing to take.

As a side note, we strongly encourage our customers to stop using Frontpage and begin using another web development app, as we may not be able to enable Frontpage extensions in the future as it will not be native or avaliable in the control panels we use.
