Self Service Firewall Unblocks
If you cannot access your website but other users on a different ISP can, this is most likely due to your IP address being blocked by our server’s firewall, most probably due to multiple failed login attempts (cPanel, FTP, Mail, etc). Maintenance Notification - PHP 5.3 Upgrades
On Sunday, June 17th we will begin upgrading all our servers from PHP 5.2 to 5.3. These upgrades will start at 5AM (CST) and should complete around 7AM (CST). This upgrade is not planed to encounter any downtime, but each server might produce a bit higher than usual load during the rebuild process.
