Upgrading your current plan to a higher package can be done from your client area with ease. Login to the client area, click on Services to view a list of all your packages. Click on View Details, when the page loads, select Management Actions from the top menu and select Upgrade / Downgrade.
You can also upgrade / downgrade directly from the services page by clicking the arrow beside the View Details button and selecting the upgrade option. If you need some help upgrading / downgrading your account, feel free to contact us!
